These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Quantium software and services. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
Yes, this is a long document. Legal bureaucracy requires us to cover every scenario, even the obvious ones. The core is simple: use our software responsibly, don't share accounts, and remember that passwords can't be reset for security.
Using Quantium Software
License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use our software according to your purchased plan.
Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our software. You may not transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server. One license per user.
Updates. Your license includes updates during your subscription period. Updates are mandatory and automatic. Previous versions become unsupported once updates are released. Continued use requires accepting the latest version.
Product-Specific Terms. Vanadum and all other Quantium software products (including but not limited to Rapid, Chronos, Seedx) are provided for legitimate research, automation, and productivity purposes only. These tools interact with third-party services and platforms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your usage complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any third-party platforms you interact with. Quantium does not endorse or encourage any use that violates third-party terms or applicable laws. As noted in Prohibited Uses, the software will not process any data related to CIS countries (Belarus, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, or other CIS member states).
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our software processes data locally on your device. We collect minimal telemetry to improve our products. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your Content
You retain all rights to your data. We don't access, store, or share your content. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data with our tools.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our software for:
- • Any illegal or fraudulent activities
- • Violating any person's rights or privacy
- • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
- • Distributing malware or harmful code
- • Circumventing license restrictions or security measures
- • Commercial resale or unauthorized distribution
- • Sharing accounts or credentials with others
- • Automating or scripting interactions with our software
- • Using our software or its components in your own projects or products
- • Creating, selling, or distributing derivative works based on our software
- • Searching, collecting, processing, or harming any data related to CIS countries (Belarus, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, or other CIS member states)
- • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Purchases
Payment. We accept cryptocurrency payments. All sales are final.
Refunds. Due to the nature of digital products, we don't offer refunds after download.
Payment Disputes. Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Our software is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. We're not liable for any damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Third-Party Services. Our software may interact with third-party services (email providers, APIs, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or discontinuation of these services. While we attempt to maintain compatibility, we cannot guarantee continued functionality if third parties make major changes.
No Guarantee of Results. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of results. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs and their use.
Antivirus Detection. Our software uses binary protectors to prevent unauthorized modification and reverse engineering. This may cause false positive detections by antivirus vendors. We do not take responsibility for these false positives. Users should add our software to their antivirus whitelist.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Quantium harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our software, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Account Security & Monitoring
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may monitor usage for security and compliance but have no obligation to do so. We may suspend or terminate accounts showing suspicious activity without prior notice.
Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Termination does not entitle you to refunds. You may stop using our software at any time.
Export Compliance
You must comply with all applicable export and import laws. You may not use or export our software in violation of any embargoes, sanctions, or export control laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swiss courts. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
